Kingsway Guest House is a popular, privately owned bed and breakfast accommodation in a beautiful Victorian house retaining many of its original features. We are just one mile south of Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile.

Kingsway Guest House is situated on a quiet street, conveniently located for all Edinburgh city centre attractions. Your hosts, Lizzie & Gary are both originally from Edinburgh and will be happy to share their wide knowledge of the city and the Lothians with you. In particular we are located close to Holyrood Palace and Holyrood Park, the Scottish Parliament, Festival Theatre, Queens Hall, Prestonfield House, Royal Commonwealth Pool, Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and Edinburgh University. We are also close to all the main venues during the Edinburgh Festival.
